Menopause Investment Plan

I’m no financial guru, but I know ONE thing about health and wealth and that is that investing in yourself NOW pays dividends for decades.

This means that you need to pull your own weight today so you can keep carrying yourself confidently tomorrow.

No one will do the hard things for you like:

  • getting good sleep consistently
  • filling your plate with whole healthy foods (protein/fiber) MOST of the time
  • finding time for exercise regularly
  • focusing on nurturing healthy relationships

Once you establish some routines, these things aren’t even that hard because you don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to be consistent with the important habits most of the time.

And by the way, don’t be fooled into thinking that you can ‘buy’ health through supplements or gadgets. The majority of your health will come from things that you can do relatively inexpensively.

Sure, a diet full of protein and produce may cost money, but so does a diet full of convenience or low quality foods. The truth is, you may be paying a much higher price with your health with the latter than with money with the former.

Remember that ANY small investment in healthy habits add up.

Keep returning to the simple things because often times, these are the things that bring lasting results.

.So, what’s ONE thing you can do for yourself today?

PS. It doesn’t have to be pull ups!
