Love to Read But Hate to Sit? (Solution)

If you find it hard to sit still but love to read, here’s MY solution:

Audio books!

Research indicates that listening to audio books provides comparable comprehension & cognitive stimulation to reading print.

Studies from UC Berkeley & the Journal of Neuroscience show that audio books engage the same cognitive & emotional brain areas as reading, making them equally effective for absorbing information & enhancing literacy.
.
I’ve discovered the free app ‘Libby’ that lets you borrow digital e-books & audio books from your public library using just your library card.

My last & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED listen is ‘The Correspondent’ by Virginia Evans – get in line for this one!
