Instead, focus on the HABITS needed to reach the goal…

Because when you repeatedly practice the habits…

The goals take care of themselves.

Too often my clients focus on something like a ‘goal weight’ and get on the scale day after day only to be disappointed. Even if they are applying the right habits to eventually achieve their ‘goal weight’, they forget how LONG it takes.

If this is you, the problem with this is that more often than not, you may get frustrated with the snail like pace of what progress looks like on the scale.

Because progress is sometimes difficult to measure – when you’re only assessing your relationship with gravity. There are many aspects of success.

So my message to you is to fall in love with the PROCESS or the habits required to reach ANY goal.

When you do, the goal will not only happen, but the habits required to reach the goal will help you maintain your success.
