Comparison and Menopause

Be kind to yourself and love who you are TODAY.

Remember that you’ve gained wisdom through the years that make up for any physical differences.

Where physical attributes like appearance, strength, mobility etc.are concerned, if you compare the current version of you to your past self…

You may be disappointed.

In fact, if you can hold steady on some fronts, it’s a huge win.

Don’t give up and just go sit on the couch.

Keep moving, keep pushing your boundaries and don’t stop because you’ve hit an age milestone.

Manage your expectations and celebrate all that you are.

If you need some help in finding the ‘wins’, that’s what I do best. Let’s talk here.

On our weekly coaching call, I ask each and every client what their win was for the week. Often times they can’t find one, but because I check in with them twice a week, monitoring a number of things from nutrition, body metrics and  fitness, I can always find a win for them.

It’s important to celebrate these wins because it’s the small wins that keep you motivated.

I hope you’re looking for wins as the years go by!
