- B stance RDL
- squats
- box drops
- push ups
You can modify or intensify these movements to suit your fitness level.
PS. According to the National Safety Council, you have a 1 in 98 chance of dying from a fall.
So fall prevention training will not only improve your pickle ball game, it will safeguard your health as you age.
