1. Everyone has belly fat. In fact some belly fat is healthy & normal.
2. Fat distribution is genetic. Some people hold more fat in their belly region.
3. You can’t sit up your way to belly fat loss, you can strengthen the muscles but losing the belly fat is done by creating a calorie deficit.
The saying ‘Abs are made in the kitchen’ is true.
Changing your habits & modifying nutrition is the key to losing your belly fat.
But let’s be realistic, very few people are blessed with the ability to have visible abs without a great deal of sacrifice.
Will your life be that much better with a six pack? Probably not.
Will you be healthier with less belly fat? Possibly.
