Meet Helen – her weight has changed minimally but she’s lost 18 inches!

She finally just decided to carve out a bit of time for herself & has found the right fitness solution for her.
She’s an active member of @calgarynwfbbc and ‘Food Camp’, a weekly nutritional support meeting I hold.
Helen continues to focus on taking steps to better health while not being discouraged by the scale. She knows that she is changing her body composition (losing fat/gaining muscle) & she’s an amazing example to others.
