✅It can be satisfied with a wide range of foods…
✅You can easily stop eating once your hunger is satisfied…
✅You feel satisfied and feel no ‘guilt’ once satiated…
📌Compare that to signs of EMOTIONAL eating…
❌It can be triggered suddenly and unexpectedly…
❌It causes specific cravings – typically ‘off-limit’ or ‘taboo’ foods…
❌You continue to eat even though you may feel full…
❌You feel guilt, shame or anger with yourself…
