Self image is key to health. If you see yourself as fit and healthy, you’re more likely to be that way and maintain that state.
If you’ve constantly been a yo-yo dieter, or have enjoyed good health and then fall off the wagon for months (years) at a time, it maybe because you don’t actually believe that you can sustain a healthy state.
Long term health and weight loss starts from the neck up.

Here are Steps to Long Term Health that start in your head!
➡Begin to visualize yourself as your ideal weight. Do NOT focus on a particular number, just imagine what it is like to fit easily into your favorite clothes or even a bathing suit.
➡Paint a picture, add details of how you feel. What it feels like to bend over and tie your shoes, or run up a set of stairs, or how you look when you pass by a mirror. Imagine posing for pictures without standing behind someone. The more detail the better.
➡Keep these images ‘top of mind’ and revisit the images every day. This programs your brain to take action towards that goal.
