There are very few fitness ‘gadgets’ that I’m sold on. One of them is my suspension trainer. The best thing about the suspension trainer is that you can easily change the angle of pull so you can go from a beginner move to an advanced one in seconds. My pal, Dan Long explains here:
Here’s a quick workout using some easy to learn suspension trainer moves:
Here’s the workout:
Do 45 seconds of work with a 10 second transition:
- Row Alternate
- single leg deadlift
- Squat jump (do a squat if you can’t jump the entire time)
- Chest press
- Tricep extension
- Speed squat row (Oops! I forgot to show this in the video! Do a squat followed by a row in quick succession to get your heart rate up.)
- Kneeling ab roll out
Here’s Dan, a monster of a man, but a big ole pussy cat at heart.
I know you love follow along workouts and Dan has now made ALL his workouts follow along.
Dan is one of the highest energy coaches I know. He’ll take you by the hand and push you like you’ve never been pushed. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner, Dan has the beginner, intermediate and advanced person covered. You’ll need to get a suspension trainer, however, the low cost of his program will make up for it. For the price of his program, you could only get about 20 minutes with a mediocre inexperienced trainer. Let Dan help you find your best body ever.

When you grab Dan’s program, I have a bonus for you too, just email me your receipt and I’ll send you this:
