I’m not trying to be in my 30’s, I want to be an example of what you can look forward to in your 60’s.
I can say with confidence that by following a few consistent habits, I’m fully enjoying life in my 60’s.
Although realistically I’m sure to slow down in the next couple decades, I know these habits will help carry me a long way.
The earlier you implement them the better, but it’s never too late…
1. Eat
- Forget the 1200 calorie diet.
- Protein at every meal.
- Remember FIBER, eat a fruit or vegetable at every meal too.
- Living in a smaller body isn’t necessarily better.
2. Move daily
- Lift – 2x week (minimum).
- Walk a lot.
- Do a variety of active things you ENJOY.
3. Sleep
- Prioritize REGULAR sleep & wake times.
4. Surround yourself with others that believe in you and inspire you to be your best self
- When your confidence lags, someone else’s belief in you will carry you.
5. Be BORING
- It’s the boring habits REPEATED day in day out that fill your health bank – no quick fixes or short cuts.
I hope you look to the future with hope.
The best is truly NOT behind you!
Happy to help you feel your best, whatever age you are.
