Age doesn’t mean you have to STOP doing things you love.
But admittedly, things don’t feel like they did in your 30’s.
There are aches. Pains. Stiffness. Recovery matters more…
You need to respect the warm-up more than ever with age.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
-If you keep moving, strength stays available to you.

If you stop doing the things you love entirely, there’s a good chance you’ll slowly lose the ability to do them at all

That doesn’t mean ignoring pain, it means adapting intelligently.

Because doing what you love is important and quality of life matters.
