Who knew that doing only one rep could help build strength?

When you put that rep into an EMOM – it really works.

An EMOM is doing 1 rep every minute on the minute for a specific amount of time (like 10 minutes).

You can do this method with any movement.

For example, if you can only do one pull up or push up, you’ll end up getting 10 reps with a maximum load by the end of this set.

You’ll get just enough rest to recover & you’ll surprise yourself with the number of reps you can get.
