Practice Makes Progress (Especially in Menopause)

This is what’s in my head when learning new skills…

You see, skill comes from doing the thing.

Again, again, and again…
Not when it’s fun
Not when it’s convenient
And especially when it’s boring

Consider consistency OVER perfection.

Keep doing the reps.

Progress is happening — even when it doesn’t look or feel glamorous.
