Whatever you’ve been putting off.
Especially if it’s self care, that stuff can’t wait.
The time is NOW.
Book that appointment.
Move your body some enjoyable way.
Pay attention to what’s on your plate.
Go on that holiday.
Wear that bathing suit.
Have that hard conversation.
Whatever it is won’t get easier by putting it off.
The gift of age should give you some urgency.
Rather than just sitting around waiting for your expiration date.
