I used to be…
I used to do…
I used to be able…

Yes, we are constantly evolving & change is inevitable…

But there are some things that are worth holding onto.

Like your strength…
Like your mobility…
Like your ability to TRY or keep trying…

Even though performance will decline with age, it doesn’t have to fall off a cliff.

Keep doing what you can to be the healthiest & strongest version of you, no matter what your age.

As for me, I realized I haven’t been doing pull ups lately (and that soon I won’t be able to…)

So I decided to do a few sets at the end of training sessions.
