Recovering from being sick? How do you get back to working out?
For me, I want to move but I don’t want to over do it.
I basically go through what my weightlifting warm up includes.
This will give me about 20 minutes of mobility.
If I feel better the next day, I’ll repeat & add a few light sets.
Unfortunately I was under the weather after my trip to Mexico.
My head wanted to get back to training but my body felt like a wet dish rag.
So it’ll be days of doing JUST my warm up & ‘maybe’ a few light sets eventually.
Who finds recovering from illness takes longer as you age?
This is definitely something I’ve noticed.
