Control what you can…
Here are 3 tips my clients & I use to cope.
- First, be informed, but limit exposure to news & things you have no control of, especially before be. This may mean turning off news & social media.
- Next, consider the things you do have control of, like habits: sleep, exercise, what you put in your mouth and lean into those.
- Lastly, find things that make you smile and seek those out.
