When you see your parents become sick or frail, you’ll probably want to stay strong.
You’ll probably want to age better and ’healthy aging’ starts when you’re younger than you think.
Don’t put off getting as strong as you can NOW.
It’s never too late to start (but the sooner you start, the better).
Give this workout a go:
4-6 rounds of 45 sec work with 15 sec rest
- Cardio burst like jump rope (or phantom skip)…
- Leg movement like reverse lunge (or squats)…
- Push movement like push ups (or incline push ups)…
- Pull movement like a suspension row (or DB row, band row, stick ups)…
