Two Rules for a Healthy Menopause

Aging is a gift but it will come with setbacks…

To maintain my health (including a healthy weight) over the years, I’ve found TWO principles most helpful.

STOP DIETING – You need to simply become the person that eats more protein, veggies etc MOST of the time & indulge in treats SOME of the time.

NEVER STOP MOVING – You can always find some way to move so adopting an ‘all or something’ attitude (especially when recovering from injury) will go along ways in keeping you functional.

I’m super thankful for my strength & mobility.

It allows me to do all the things I love…But that didn’t just happen by chance.

You have to work on it daily but the good news is that it’s easier than you think when you keep at it.
