The Reason to Workout IN the Gym (in Menopause)

You workout IN the gym so you’ll be strong and confident to tackle adventures OUTSIDE the gym!

I’m scared mountain biking 80% of the time…But I sure feel good when I’m able to manage a hairpin turn or climb a nasty dirt hill.

Oh, and if you’re looking for a good way to connect with your partner, go on an adventure together.

I’m so thankful for Alan’s patience with me. (There were NO tears on this day!)

I obviously love training IN the gym but I also love how that work transfers to doing fun things OUTSIDE the gym.
