This is Menopause…

Menopause can be a downer!

But there’s plenty that you can do to take back ownership of what seems like your alien body.

It starts with being kind to yourself & acknowledging that it’s going to be OK.

Then:

1️Talk to your doctor about whether menopause hormone therapy is right for you
2️Look at your lifestyle habits especially related to:
3️nutrition
4️sleep
5️stress
6️Walk more
7️Resistance train 2-3x week
8️Surround yourself with positive women who understand how you feel but who focus on the benefits of this time of life (because if you only focus on the negatives it will be even worse)

I have to say that my late 50’s & early 60’s have been some of my best years. Even though I haven’t loved some of these menopause symptoms!.

It’s all about being proactive & positive.

Because life is all about change whether you like it or not…
