Not everyone wants to workout on holiday, do what feels good for YOU.
I like to do short full body workouts on vacay and this is a great format.
Do 5-10 rounds:
- 10 KB swings
- 5 pull up variation
- 10 push up variation
- 15 air squats
There are so many ways to vary this workout.
Again, do 5-10 rounds…
No equipment:
- 5 burpees (or variation)
- 5 wall slides in wall sit
- 10 push ups
- 15 air squats
Want a different twist?
- 15 jacks
- 5 inchworm walk outs (push up optional)
- 10 prisoner arm position reverse lunge
- 15 sit ups
Another version I did, 10 rounds of:
- 7 Bulgarian split squats/side
- 5 pull ups
- 3 handstand push ups
The key to these short workouts is to include:
- an upper body push/pull movement
- a lower body movement
- a core or cardio move
Or maybe you’ll take a break from working out completely on holidays – and that’s JUST FINE too!
