If weight loss is your goal, make sure you have outfits that fit well NOW because everyone deserves to feel good in the clothes you wear today.
Then:
1. Designate a section of classic clothes to ‘shop from’ as you lose weight
2. Weed out & donate ill fitting & out dated clothes
3. Organize by category (blouse, sweaters, pants, etc)
Choosing an outfit is SO much easier from an organized space with clothes you love.
