You really don’t need a ton of time, space or equipment to make movement a part of your day!
Here’s a bodyweight movement snack that you can do even in a bathroom!
*I mean you don’t have to do it in the bathroom, but it won’t take up any more space than your bathroom – ha ha!
AMRAP 5-7 min
- 5 squats
- 4 jacks (step jacks)
- 3 push ups (incline push ups)
- 2 Sit ups
- 1 burpee (full body extension or incline burpee)
Any workout is better than none; think ‘all or something’ on those days where time is tight.
