Training your back at home can be a challenge.
Guess what? You can use a simple bed sheet secured in a door to do body weight rows.
*Make sure you have the knot of the bed sheet on the inside of the door so the door doesn’t accidentally open into you.
Grab the ends of the bed sheet and knot it up in your hands.
Lean back and VOILA! you can now row as if you had a suspension trainer (like a TRX)!
To make it easier, stagger your feet, put one foot behind the other to reduce the incline.
To make it more difficult, move your feet closer to the door to increase the incline.
