1. Achieve a calorie deficit
2. Intake adequate protein – this will help you maintain (& possibly build) precious muscle & help with appetite control
3. Incorporate strength training – building lean muscle keeps you functional, puts the sexy in your jeans as well as helps increase metabolic rate
Endless ab exercises won’t work to reduce belly fat, although they will help strengthen the core.
You need to be consistent & just more stubborn than your belly fat.
