2. Using a bowl or plate – eating out of a box or bag is a recipe for over eating.

3. Food log – understand the content of the food you’re eating to monitor quantity and increase food quality.

Bonus tip ->Being accountable to someone other than yourself is something else that really works, especially for women who tend to put others first.
