Eat anything you want.
But keep in mind that you will FEEL better, your body composition will be more favorable & you’ll suffer less menopausal symptoms when you fill your plate with wholesome foods.
- Lean protein
- Fruits & veggies
- Complex carbs (yes CARBS!)
- Healthy fats
- Lotsa water
And YES, some treats like wine & chocolate or whatever your guilty pleasure is – in MODERATION.
The moment you cut something out completely is the moment you can’t live another minute without that food.
Life is long (we hope) and no one wants to face the future without that fav food – just keep make sure there’s more of the ‘good investment’ foods that are nutritionally dense and fill you up.
