It all can be overwhelming & make your nutrition & fitness efforts feel futile. Like why even bother??
But don’t give up.
In addition to other health benefits, exercise is a natural mood enhancer, that’s reason enough to get off the couch.
And proper nutrition can enhance clear thinking, at a time when decision making is especially important.
I’m feeling sad & helpless at the moment, but I’m not going to give up on self care.
