If you’re not a whiz in the kitchen (like me), you can still make this delish ‘No Butter – Butter Chicken’.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
6 thighs – trimmed & chopped
Curry powder – 1 tbsp
Fresh garlic -3-4 cloves chopped
Chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cayenne – 1/2 tsp
Coriander -1 tbsp
Cumin -1/2 tbsp
Ground ginger – 1/2 tbsp
Salt (in pan)
Onion powder – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper – 3/4 tsp
Sauce
1/2 can tomatoes
1/4 onion
1/2 red pepper (optional)
About 60g Greek yogurt
*Blend in ninja or with hand blender
Chop up chicken
Add dry spices
Marinate a while
Coconut oil in pan
Low heat
Add chicken/salt it
Brown
Scrap pan
Add blended sauce
Simmer for 20-30 min
Serves 2 hungry people🤤
