Injured? Don’t give up.
There’s almost always something you can do to stay active.
If you’re nursing an injury (who isn’t?), rest the injured body part & find something to do with the rest of your body.
Any kind of exercise will help you stay in the ‘habit’ of exercise & give you a mental boost.
The bonus is that most people have an easier time staying on track with nutrition when they are working out.
Remember the ‘all or something’ mentality.
