We’ve all over indulged.

The healthiest people just get back on track right away.

Just a reminder, you won’t gain weight over night, but you will over time if you don’t get back on track…

So here’s what you do:

Drink lotsa water. For every gram of carb you ingest, your body holds onto 3-4g of water. To flush out that extra water, just drink more. I know it’s counter intuitive, but that’s how your body works.

Next, you may not be hungry anyways, so reduce your morning intake or fast until your second meal. This will likely reduce your calories by about 30% the following day so you can likely stay in a calorie deficit over the course of the week.

Lastly, get back to your regular routine, get a hot n sweaty workout in & don’t sweat the indulgence.
