I’m 58 years old & I’ve been walking the health walk for over a half a century so I have a LOT of experience to help YOU.

As a woman in my late 50’s, I can help YOU navigate perimenopause, menopause & all that goes with this challenging time.

I’m a mother (and was a single mom) so I know the parenting struggles that YOU might be going through.

I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 40 years. I’ve seen all the trends & fads & can steer YOU in the right direction.

I have degrees in kinisiology, education & early education & have a variety of nutrition & fitness certifications so I can provide science based programs for YOU.

I was a school teacher for 20 years & an entrepreneur juggling two businesses for 14 years so I can share how YOU can fit healthy habits into your busy life.

I’ve been a competitive athlete all my life so I can provide YOU motivation & mindset strategies for fitness journey.

I’ve had skin cancer & I’m recovering from hip replacement so I understand health set backs challenges YOU may be experiencing.

My life has been devoted to helping YOU be the healthiest version of yourself (I do this with both fitness & nutrition coaching).

My passion is helping YOU, with the hope that you’ll pay it forward to help others with whatever YOUR passion is.
