It’s a temporary tool that helps in these three ways:

  1. It helps you connect the dots between what you eat, how you feel and the results you get.
  2. It helps with accountability.
  3. You become more intentional with your eating. It’s unlikely that you will eat a whole sleeve of cookies if you measure one.

Ultimately, what gets tracked, improves.
