If overspending is an issue, you create a budget.
Food tracking creates awareness about eating, like a budget does creates awareness about spending.
It’s a temporary tool that helps in these three ways:
- It helps you connect the dots between what you eat, how you feel and the results you get.
- It helps with accountability.
- You become more intentional with your eating. It’s unlikely that you will eat a whole sleeve of cookies if you measure one.
Ultimately, what gets tracked, improves.
I highly recommend downloading a free app, like My Fitness Pal to start on your own.
If you need more direction on what types & quantities of foods you should eat, guess what? The best ‘diet’ you’re on is the on you’re currently eating – you just may need some tweaks & that’s where I come in.
I can help with that – let’s talk: https://tinyurl.com/talktoshawna
