Trying to lose weight and ALWAYS hungry?
Have you considered just eating MORE?
Yes, this sounds counterintuitive, but hear me out.
Too often in an effort to shed pounds, you stop listening to your body’s cues.
You ‘white knuckle’ your days starving with severely reduced calories & other distractions.
You set yourself up for wild binges because you’re starving.
Your body gets more efficient at getting by on less energy (this is called metabolic adaptation) so that if/when you start to eat like a real human, you gain weight eating less than before the ‘diet’.
The cycle continues & you kill your motivation & spirit.
Listen: If your diet isn’t sustainable, the results won’t be either.
The goal is to eat as MUCH as possible while still being in a slight calorie deficit.
Results will come slowly over time as you cycle from fat loss to maintenance phase so your body doesn’t adapt to the lower calories.
You should NEVER be starving (or stuffed).
It’s easier than you think when you have a no gimmicks, science based plan.
