Awesome, you must love meat & fat then.
Or at least I hope so because otherwise, you’re setting yourself up for failure.
Getting the weight off is easy compared to keeping it off.
So any ‘diet’ you go on, ask yourself ‘Can I sustain this eating style for the REST OF MY LIFE?’
If the answer is no, if you’re going to stop the ‘diet’, it’s quite likely that you’ll gain back the weight (& more).
No one wants to regain weight – it kills your metabolism & spirit.
Instead, find a sustainable way to eat long term. If that’s a keto plan, so be it.
