Married to the number on the scale?
Does that number really matter?
Please neutralize that number & focus on something else.
My hope is that you want to feel good & look better in the mirror more than achieve a weight loss number.
The way to do that is to focus on maintaining & building lean muscle.
Muscle puts the shape in your jeans.
Muscle keeps you functional as you age.
Muscle keeps the metabolic fires burning.
With proper nutrition & a little resistance training, you can ‘re-composition’ your body.
This means that you may look & feel different & clothes fit better but the number on the scale is the same!
So, focus on a SMALL calorie deficit, include plenty of protein in your diet & do a bit of resistance training so you lose FAT & not just weight.
