Certain brands have low protein & 3x the sugar compared to other brands.
Obviously your best choice is plain yogurt flavored with your own fruit.
But you can find some flavored yogurts still high in protein & low in sugar.
Sadly marketers ride the wave of the latest health trends (it’s called ‘health washing’).
So make sure to read the labels!
