Cardio For Fat Loss?

Do you need cardio to lose fat?

You’ll be happy to hear the answer is NO!

Unless you LOVE low intensity cardio – you can stop it all together if you’re doing it just for fat loss.

Research from the University of California at Santa Cruz & Berkeley, found that cardio ‘bursts’ yielded:

-82% improvement in muscle gains.
-991% great loss in fat mass.

Along with some other impressive stats.

So, I encourage you to swap in some bursts of burpees & squat jumps & similar moves for 30 seconds thru out your workout instead of doing low intensity cardio for the same period of time.
