There’s NO magical food for faster fat loss. In other words, you can’t eat more or less of something to have fat melt off your body…
BUT…
That’s not to say that there are some foods better than others.
We all know that eating veggies is better than potato chips for better health and weight loss. Sadly, common sense and the application of it are sometimes two different things.
Don’t over complicate things, just choose more ‘good investment’ foods more often than foods with no nutritional value and you’ll be better off.
