It might be that your caloric intake is TOO low & you’re doing TOO much physically & your body is tapped out.

More specifically your sympathetic nervous system is simply TAPPED OUT so your body is holding onto EVERY ounce of FAT…

Guess what? It doesn’t have to be that hard…

Incorporating more para-sympathetic activity can make a huge difference in balancing hormones.

Doing things like…
* walking in nature
* yoga
* journaling
* playing with your pet
* relaxing in a bubblebath

Can be a game changer…

Increasing nutritional intake with the right balance of macros (carbs/fats/protein) will heal your body from the inside out.

Our body has the answers when we listen to it.
Be kind to yourself….

If you’re exhausted, you probably aren’t just being lazy…

If you’re tired …get more sleep.

If you’re hungry… eat more of the RIGHT types of foods.

If you’re feeling stressed …give yourself some TLC.

Stop working so hard. Start working smarter.

Put yourself in a position with structures of support…
✔surround yourself with like minded people…
✔do things differently by getting the direction you need…
✔get accountability so you don’t feel so alone…
✔nurture yourself…
