🤦‍♀️Yup, I’ve been here – back in the 1990’s when I did physique shows. Life literally revolves around training & eating. While I enjoyed the process because I learned about nutrition & my body, this isn’t a place I want to live long term…

🙋‍♀️I’d be the first to admit (& I’m sure they’d agree) that maintaining that paper-thin-skin ‘shredded’ lean look is darn near impossible🤦‍♀️

There are a LOT of sacrifices involved & you get to the point of diminishing returns – you sacrifice lifestyle for a fleeting image in the mirror…
