For the longest time I wouldn’t post anything about my own workouts because I felt like I might alienate my clients 👽
Sometimes I feel like my clients will look at me like I have three heads if I post what my training actually consists of 👹…
I love to help women 40+ lose their menopause belly with simple lifestyle hacks and I felt if I showed what I do, women would run away screaming 😱
❌I don’t suggest women adopt my personal training regime.
The fact is, I’ve always been consistent with training/healthy eating so my training should be evidence of this.
I’m NOT special or gifted. I’m just proof of the 10,000 hour rule. I’ve put in the work over time so my performance better reflect this.
My fitness commitment is nothing crazy 😜
I commit about an hour per day to training (drive, warm up/cool down & workout) 💪🏻
I eat a ‘normal’ diet of regular healthy food, nothing fancy or expensive 🍳🥦🥥🍗🍒🌶🍽
I mention this because it should give hope to women every where ✨
✅It’s all about starting where you are and self improvement.

I get just as excited when a client does a push up as I do when I best a previous physical attempt.
I had a fun day gaining confidence on handstand walks, doing unbroken toes to bar & pull ups & small deficit handstand push ups.
