Do what you can with what you have where you are…

Here’s how we handled the challenges and things YOU can do to stay your health course:

1. Breathe. ‘This too shall pass’

2. Delay panic and look for the possible good in the situation. Every adversity has a seed of good in it. Neutralizing a situation can help us see possible creative solutions we may not have otherwise found.

3. Cut yourself some slack – lower the bar. For example, if you usually workout 5 times/week, instead of missing ALL your workouts, make an agreement to workout 3 times.

4. Get some sleep 😴We can all handle situations better when we’re rested. If you can’t sleep, set the stage for sleep (you’ll never fall asleep pacing the floor!).

5. Do the best you can with nutrition, fuelling your body with healthy foods helps you think better.

6. Reach out – don’t go it alone. Find support along the way. A coach will help you prioritize so that you get the most bang out of the efforts that you’re making.
