In this video I demonstrate a ‘stick up’. You can get up from your desk a few times a day and do 3-5 stick ups to open up the chest and stretch your chest and shoulders out.
You’ll feel a great muscle burn 🔥 in the upper back as you slide your hands up and down the wall. Your goal is to pretend you’re pushing the wall away from you to fully contract the upper back muscles.
So, even if you can’t do a full workout in a day, you can do your body good by simply taking a few seconds to do the stick up.
