Quick Workout to Get Beautifully Strong and Sculpted Arms

Want a quick little workout sample to get you strong and ROCK a sleeveless blouse? 👊🏻💪🏻😀

Especially if you want to increase your push up strength, this is a perfect little workout that you can add to the end of your My Bikini Belly workout or any other workout.

➡Set a timer for 10 minutes, one minute repeats.
✅Do 3 perfect push ups (or any number that you can do in under 30 seconds).
✅Do your push ups.
✅Rest in the remaining time.
➡Do 10 sets.
✳By the end of this, you’ll have completed 30 PERFECT push ups – probably not something that you’d have been able to do otherwise.

This format will allow your CNS to recover during the rest in each set; you’ll gain strength and before you know it, you’ll be a push up MACHINE!
