Move. Fitting in some movement daily will help us lose weight long term. We don’t need to have the ‘perfect’ environment or perfect workout every day. On those days when a workout isn’t possible, any movement is beneficial.
Eat well. Make the best nutritional choices possible daily. Nutrition doesn’t have to be perfect. If you make a poor choice, make a better choice with the next meal or snack.
