Summer Sizzler Back Yard Body Weight Workout

Here’s a follow along backyard bodyweight workout to do anywhere.

Don’t let summer holidays or the inability to get to the ‘gym’ stop you from having a great workout. This 16 min bodyweight workout will hit your entire body in no time flat.
Here’s what you’ll do…
Set a timer for 45 seconds of work (30 sec for beginners) with 15 seconds to rest (30 seconds for beginners). There are four rounds with four exercises in each round.
Cardio burst:
-skip
-skater
-burpee
-squat jump
Upper body strength:
-push up
-blackbird
-dip
-crab kick
Core:
-spider crawl
-mountain climber
-hollow rock
-plank
Lower body strength:
-prisoner squat
-prisoner reverse lunge
-lateral lunge
-pulsing squat

Rest when you need to, join in when you can.
